What is the return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
28-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Pre-order items (unless otherwise stated)
- Sale or discounted items
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities.
- Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of purchase
- After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable once production begins
- If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not fit the above criteria
How does In person pickup work?
If your address falls within our designated pickup radius, you will be eligible to select in-person pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will be notified and instructed to contact us to arrange a pickup time.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
can anyone join the affiliate program?
Anyone is welcome to apply, however we are selective with whom we accept. Acceptance is based on if we believe you will be a strong fit for our brand and website, which includes reviewing your social media presence. If you applied and feel you should have been accepted, please reach out to us!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
