Returns & Exchanges Policy

28-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  
• Items must be in original condition
  
• All original tags must be attached
  
• Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pre-order items (unless otherwise stated)
  
• Sale or discounted items
  

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities.

• Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of purchase
  
• After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable once production begins
  
• If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.
