How long does shipping take?

We ship orders Every other day. Delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

How does in-person pick-up work?

If your address falls within our designated pick-up radius, you will have the option to select local pick-up at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to contact us to schedule your pick-up time.

Do you accept returns? How do I submit a return?

Yes, only for thrifted items and Reviva originals, all boutique items are final— you have 28 days to return items that are not the right fit. To start a return, open your original order confirmation email and click the return link included inside. It will guide you through the entire process.

Can anyone join the affiliate program? Is everyone accepted?

Anyone is welcome to apply. However, we are selective with whom we partner. Acceptance is based on whether we believe you would be a strong fit for our brand and website, which includes reviewing your social media presence. If you applied and feel you should have been accepted, please reach out to us
